Plus it doesn’t really make sense for a frame with Razorwing’s offense to have two CC powers. Lantern just seems kind of janky with its line-of-sight limitations and the fact that it can be hard to tell whether it’s working on an enemy or not. All this ability needs is maybe some buffs to the base range and duration to compensate for Titania not really wanting to pump those stats. A frame who wasn’t encouraged to run Fleeting Expertise and Narrowminded to make their 4 and its augment work would get a lot of use out of this power. Her Spellbind is a decent spammable CC that gives allies status immunity. Her fundamental problem is just that her powers are so undertuned that it doesn’t make a lot of sense to use her for anything but Dex Pixia. Kind of an all-rounder support with a powerful DPS transformation.
